Five Employees Join CPS, Company Supports Local Communities
This fall, CPS welcomed several new employees in its Northeast offices to best meet the needs of clients.
John Savickas, Client Relations Specialist
John is a Client Relations Specialist at CPS’ Auburn office, providing outstanding service and support to clients. Previously, he worked at Paychex for over 11 years as a Senior Payroll Specialist, where he processed payroll and assisted clients with payroll and tax issues, and at Fidelity supporting clients with benefits and payroll. John graduated from Assumption College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Garrett Gentry, Client Relations Specialist
The Auburn, MA, office of CPS recently added Garrett Gentry to its team of Client Relations Specialists. In this role, Garrett serves as a single point of contact and provides payroll, HRIS, and software support to clients. Before joining CPS, Garrett worked at Paychex for nearly 15 years. He graduated from Framingham State College in 2001 with a degree in business communications.
Sabrina Lavoie, Client Relations Specialist
Sabrina Lavoie is now a Client Relations Specialist at CPS’ Auburn, MA, office, where she processes payroll and assists clients with any payroll-related issues. Previously, she worked at Paychex for five years as a Senior Payroll Specialist.
Kimberly Norton, Client Relations Specialist
A former California resident, Kimberly has joined CPS’ Springfield, MA, office as a Client Relations Specialist. In this position, Kimberly handles payroll processing for clients, reporting, and training for successful onboarding. Before joining CPS, she worked as a Payroll Technical Specialist at a biotech company.
Shelby Seal, Account Manager
CPS’ South Hadley office recently welcomed Shelby as an Account Manager. Shelby processes workers compensation and 401(k) files and assists in processing auto and homeowners insurance. She also provides renewal support, administrative tools, and other assistance to foster strong client relationships. Shelby is currently attending Baypath University, where she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
As CPS continues to expand, its focus on the local communities where employees live and work also grows. This month, CPS was a proud sponsor of Trash Bash 2019, a fundraiser on Cape Cod hosted by Nauset Disposal designed to raise money for six local nonprofits:
